Tiffany & Co. Silver Daisy and Gold Ladybug Pin
Look no further if you enjoy a fanciful piece that draws the
eye. The silver perfectly shows off the look of a daisy. Its center consists of
18k yellow gold. A small ladybug off to the side consists of 18k pink gold. At
a depth of 6.2mm, this pin measures 1 7/8 inches from top to bottom. It is a
part of the famous 2003 collection.
1960s Sapphire and Diamond Gold Flower Pin in an Open Design
The artistry behind the 18k yellow gold petal depiction
shows clear 1960s style elements. You can plainly see that jewelry specialists
masterfully designed and created this piece. At the center, you see a round
diamond that weighs .10cts. Five round, deep blue sapphires enfold this stone.
Their combined weight is 1.40cts. The pin’s diameter is 1 5/8 inches. Wear this
pin with a shawl, scarf or on a blouse collar.
1960s 3D Gold Tiffany & Co. Flower Pin from Germany
Coming from a German collection, this 14k yellow gold pin
measures 1.62 inches from top to bottom and 1.29 inches from side to side. The
gentle curvature of the flower petals creates a realistic flow that makes this
piece look almost real. Heightening this illusion is the use of polished gold
for the edges of the petals as well as some of their veins. The rest of the
material presents with a textured look.
1950s Gold Flower Pin with Emerald Center
If artisans had poured liquid gold over a blooming flower,
they could not have gotten the design to look any more realistic. This flower
starts with 18k yellow gold. Rows of carefully worked, polished and textured gold petals make up the flower. At the center, you notice eight green emeralds
that weigh a combined .40cts. Jewelers worked their settings to mimic the
pollen you see at the centers of flowers. This pin measures two inches from top
to bottom and side to side. As we are fond of saying, this is one jewel that
you have to see to believe.
