Our Favorite Vintage and Estate Pendants!

Our customers and readers of our blog posts have been asking for us to do a post on our favorite vintage pendants and we aim to please! Here at Peter Suchy Jewelers, we have so many to choose from it was hard to pick just five of them to include here, but we think we did a pretty good job!

Estate Diamond Cluster Pendant

This estate pendant is from the 1890s and very rare. It includes 18k yellow gold and the diamonds are set in a tiered cluster. Hand-made, we think all jewelry should be made this well because it looks as good as it does in the back as it does in the front! We obtained it from a Fairfield County Estate and this pendant is certified by the EGL.  The outer row has 12 old European cut diamonds (5.25 carats), the next row has 12 old European cut diamonds (1.25 carats) and the center diamond  is also an old European cut (2.22 carats). We’ve included a 18k wheat gold chain that looks perfect with this stunning pendant.

Suchy Trillion & Emerald Yellow Diamond Pendant

How could we not include one of our own pieces? This is a one-of-a-kind hand-made pendant created right in the Peter Suchy workshop. It includes one 3.04 carat trillion cut diamond and .73 carat emerald cut yellow diamonds. There are also 66 round diamonds weighing approximately .35 carats and 34 round fancy  yellow diamonds weighing approximately  1.19 carats. Set in platinum the chain is 18-inches.

Vintage Tiffany & Co. Bow Pin Pendant

If it’s Tiffany & Co, it’s most likely lovely! This is a rare vintage bow pendant from Tiffany & Co has a 14k yellow gold back and platinum top. There are two chains and each is 16-inches long. There are also 24 diamonds in one section of this pendant and 27 in the other section with a total diamond carat weight of 2.00. This lovely pendant can also be turned into a pin—so gorgeous!

Vintage Diamond Slide Pendant

This is a lovely vintage estate fancy yellow canary diamond slide pendant set in platinum and 18k gold. The yellow canary diamond are radiant and the hand-made platinum and 18k yellow gold setting is once again from the Peter Suchy workshop. The pendant easily slides on the chain and there is one fancy yellow diamond (1.50 carats and EGL certified), and 18 round diamonds weighing approximately .45 carats. Stunning for any gal in your life.

Antique Art Deco Asscher Aqua Diamond Pendant

We also adore this Art Deco 17.23 carat natural Asscher aqua platinum diamond pendant.  This one-of-a-kind pendant includes 15 round full cut diamonds (.40 carats), 2 round single cut diamonds (.03 carats) and 5 straight baguette cut diamonds (.40 carats). We believe this is one of the finest aqua gemstones we’ve ever seen!
